Let’s sharpen your understanding of your inner clock – your circadian rhythm and establish habits for impact.

We will analyze your current routines and identify opportunities to adapt and refine your habits for a balance in well-being and productivity that feels authentic to you and supports you in achieving your goals.

Let’s explore how you can optimize your energy levels through effective morning and sleep routines.

Integrate the impact of daylight, temperature exposure, caffeine, sleep, nutrition, and exercise on your sleep, which is a foundation for productivity and well-being.

Let’s immerse ourselves in the ancient and well-researched teachings of mindfulness meditation.

We will understand its foundational principles, utilize the Mindful Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS) for measurement, and experience meditation practice together.

Let’s sharpen your understanding of the dynamics of stress and intense emotions – a crucial component of your mindful self-leadership journey.

Working with the affective circumplex, we will foster emotional intelligence and explore effective ways of managing stress.

 

Week 7: Embrace Mindful Movement

Let’s uncover your current attitude toward movement and physical exercise – which is a foundational tool to counterbalance stress.

Building on your status quo, we will engage in a mindful movement session and explore ways to integrate more movement into your day.

 

Week 8: Reflect, Assess, and Plan Ahead

Let’s conclude our journey with a comprehensive retro and reflection – charting a clear path forward.

Assessing your current state, doing a second well-being evaluation, and reflecting on your new routines, we will solidify your commitment to sustainable well-being and mindful self-leadership.

MEET YOUR Facilitator, Dr. MALTE Krohn.

  • Malte is a Faculty Innovation Fellow at Stanford University, he holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Product Development and a Joint Master of Science in Global Innovation Management, and he received his Dr. rer. pol. in Innovation Management from Hamburg University of Technology. As a certified Yoga and meditation teacher, he supports you in mindfully turning your personal vision into reality and has access to a global community of fellow changemakers.

  • Malte is an entrepreneur himself, and he helped various startups and organizations – ranging from local Yoga studios to multinational technology firms – to realize their next idea. Also, he co-developed an international master’s program for innovation management and entrepreneurship (www.g-time.org). He empowers changemakers at various international universities and institutions.

  • Malte takes a human-first approach to innovation and entrepreneurship. Let’s venture with creative confidence, mindfulness, compassion, and commitment.
